Show Notes

Have you ever felt like you are failing because you slowed down ? In this episode I am speaking with Soumaya Ettouji on how she works with her clients to stop self sabotaging themselves.

What does it mean to self sabotage and why do we keep doing it to ourselves? Listen in and hear how you can reframe your thoughts around this and train your brain to begin to make better decisions.

Soumaya Ettouji   is a single mama and self-sabotage coach who helps people discover who they truly are and what they really want. She takes them from lost and confused to confident and at peace because that's what she has learnt to do for herself in the past.

Books that Soumaya Ettouji  talks about in Dare For More Podcast:
Soumaya mentioned The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks when she talks about the Upper Limit Problem.
Soumaya also mentioned Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. She said that this book really changed her life.

Self sabotage is a cycle that can be broken by awareness but there are so many things that could be holding you back. And that is why it is so important that we become self aware when we are daring for more in life. If you are content with what you have and you are feeling ungrateful for what you want, something is wrong there. Changing this can really start from you becoming aware of the stories that you are telling yourself. A lot of young people will start something and fail and then believe that they are losers so they continuously say these negative thoughts to themselves.

Today's Question: What would happen if you become successful?
